	National Excellence in Construction Awards The National Associated Builders and Contractors Awards of Excellence Program has become the premier competition within the construction industry that recognizes outstanding construction projects across the nation. DonahueFavret received national recognition in the renovation category for the Target Store at the Clearview Mall in Metairie, LA, construction of the Episcopal Conference Center in Robert, LA, for the Louisiana Heart Hospital in Lacombe, LA, and F. A. Richard & Associates in Mandeville, LA. DonahueFavret also garnered six Eagle Awards for Construction Excellence. These projects include InterContinental Hotel in New Orleans, St. Christopher Hotel in New Orleans, The Royal St. Charles Hotel in New Orleans, the Holiday Inn French Quarter, the Best Buy store in Slidell, LA and The Lofts at Embassy Suites in New Orleans. These prestigious Eagle Awards are conferred during ABC’s national convention.
Vieux Carre Certification This French Quarter organization closely guards the building code for aesthetic standards as well as construction standards. Permits are strict and such accolades are rare. It has been an honor to be entrusted with some of the city's finest buildings and most charming structures.
		Platinum Step Award Awarded by contractors for contractors, this award focuses upon safety & loss prevention programs. DFC has carefully earned one of the industry's highest ratings for safety for the past six years. Chamber Community Service Award Jack and Maura Donahue were recognized as the region's leading corporate citizens by the Chamber of Commerce in West St. Tammany Parish, due to their civic involvement and contributions to various charitable services.
Business Person of The Year Jack Donahue was honored by the St. Tammany West Chamber of Commerce as one of the leading professionals from the St. Tammany Parish area. This award was a culmination of Jack's long term commitment to excellence in building relationships as well as constructing buildings.
		City Business Women of the Year Maura Donahue has been recognized numerous times for her leadership and dedication to public service. This award is a capstone of those achievements as she was recognized among business and community leaders from across the greater New Orleans metro area.
