Con-Way Southern Express (CSE), is one of seven businesses that are part of Con-Way Transportation Services, a $2.1 billion dollar company that provides time-definite and day-definite freight delivery and logistics services for commercial and industrial businesses. CSE operates 119 service centers located in more than 25,000 cities in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Puerto Rico.

This service center construction project awarded to DonahueFavret Contractors, and located in St. Rose, Louisiana, consisted of a pre-engineered building and dock with 10 acres of 9" paving around the facility. The design and engineering of the site incorporated the future expansion of the paving and building. Included on the site is a complete fuel system for trucks coming in and out and 500 linear feet of cast-in-place trench drainage for water removal. The project was successfully completed on schedule.
