The New Orleans location offered DonahueFavret Contractors, Inc. an invitation to bid on a complete renovation of the third floor Conference Center, including 30,000 square feet of meeting rooms. The Owners made the commitment to DonahueFavret Contractors 90 days prior to the project. With only 76 days to complete the $3,724,000.00 project, the hotel was kept open for business 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Thanks to the teamwork of DFC and Morton Verges Architects, the execution of a breathtaking design and the reality of its completion on time exceeded the owner’s expectations.
