The entire project was executed in 307 days – from the initial clearing and land fill process to completed onsite roads, parking and build out of the 23,000 square foot anchor building. The primary building features a composite foundation with a structural slab, steel framing system and tilt-wall construction. The lead tenant began stocking their store on day 285. To facilitate an aggressive marketing rollout, all other suites were completed on a concurrent schedule and fitted with utilities and built out to white box state with finished EIFS exteriors. The developer has extended our relationship to additional projects.
