The Rouse Company, headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, and one of the premier real estate development and management companies in the United States, chose DonahueFavret Contractors to construct the extensive walkway that covers the access to the Riverwalk Shopping Mall. The project, totaling $976,000, consisted of custom fabrication of light metal sections, which were fashioned according to the contemporary geometric design of Architects Eskew, Vogt, Salvato and Philson. The project was completed in 120 days and proudly stands as a welcoming landmark to New Orleans' renowned Riverwalk.
