The City of Slidell is the largest municipality in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana. The current population, an estimated 34,000, demands not only renewed urban planning and growth, but a diverse supply of commercial and retail outlets to accommodate an ever-increasing number of residents.

The structures of this large retail development consist of masonry, concrete and steel over a concrete foundation. A single-ply membrane roofing system was used along with a variety of storefront exteriors including cast stone, modular brick and EIFS.

Each tenant was provided with complete buildout services. Under separate contract, DFC also built the Target Stores on this Stirling Retail Center site.
